Q, Do you undertake shop fitting?
A, Yes we can undertake the full design and construction of your shop-fit from a small sweetshop to a large car showroom.

Q, How long do we have to wait for a quote?
A, We aim to turn around quotes/tenders within 5 days, we can also provide same day quotes if required.

Q, Do you relay flooring?
A, We do relay carpet, however we do not relay wood, laminate or any other hardwood flooring due to the possibility of damaging the flooring.

Q, What is an EICR?
A, An EICR is an Electrical Installation Condition Report otherwise known as a Periodic Inspection Report, is an MOT of an install that highlights any faults, dangers and non compliance's. We will go through the report and provide a quote to rectify any of the above.

Q, What areas do you cover?
A, We cover all of Essex, London, Suffolk and Kent.

Q, How long is quote valid for?
A, Your quote is valid for 30 days from receiving it.

Q, Do you take cash?
A, Yes we take cash, debit/credit card, BACS or cheque.

Q, What are you payment terms?
A, Depending on the job a contract will be issued along with the quote and payment terms will be arranged prior to any works commencing.

Q, Is your work guaranteed?
A, Yes all our electrical is warrantied for 6 years and backed by NICEIC. Along with a 1 years parts warranty on all plumbing and electrical.

Q, Whats trades do you cover?
A, We cover all trades, however we are qualified Electricians and Plumbers.
​
Q: Do you do EV Charging?
A: Yes we undertake the full electrical design and installation of the project including Electrical, groundworks and finish flooring. (Tarmac, Block-paving and Resin)
