March 2023 works started on 53 Fobbing where we was tasked with Electrical, Plumbing and AC of the restaurant.

February 2025 we won a set of works for Buckinghamshire NHS Trust carrying out M and E Inspections on 10 flats inc remedials and fitting 4 new bathroom suits. Andrology consisted of a production room, seminar room and office refurb along with Estates Office carrying out Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical, Lighting, Distribution board and Containment. Project Value £85,000

April 2023 we was asked to deliver, Electrical, Plumbing, Soft Water, CCTV and Drainage to this stunning property £48,700+VAT

For the 3rd year we have now provided access services and Electrical support for Christmas Tree lighting in Corringham Town Centre

We was awarded full Electrical and Lighting Design for this car park at a college in Essex. We supplied all Electrical, Access Control and Groundworks £38,000+VAT

September 2022 we provided all Electrical, Audio and Visual support to a Freshers event of 700 students.

September 2023 we was asked to return and provide Electrical, Audio and Visual support to 700 students at their Freshers Event

August 2023 works commenced for us at Gleneagles Guesthouse in Southend On Sea. We carried out all Electrical on the development along with submains, containment and Intake works.

We secured all lighting, fire, ventilation, New Distribution board and small power to 4 bathrooms and kitchenette area.

February 2021 we was tasked with carrying out Full Electrical refurb of Honda Triumph Showroom in Ipswich. Works consisted of Submain relocation, Lighting and Containment in 2 showrooms, 3 offices, 1 stockroom and 1 workshop £18,000+VAT

We secured this Plumbing and Electrical package for Maldon and Heybridge Primary School.

One of our regular commercial clients had given us works to refurb an old store room into a fresh and vibrant Student Support room.

We was awarded this contract at a local school upgrading all lighting across the site internal and external totalling 1,328 fittings. All lighting was supplied by Robus Lighting fixtures included, Battens, Panels, Floodlights, Eyelid bulkheads, Car Park lighting and 100w high bays. The project had a window of 6 weeks to complete we managed to complete the works in under 4 weeks inc night works and High access works, we remained compliant with H & S and managed all waste and WEEE waste along with full documentation. Project value £71,802+VAT

Our plumbing team supplied and installed this stunning bathroom in Thurrock. We undertook, Electrical, Tiling, Decoration and Plumbing.
